A signature will be required on delivery. Any dates specified for delivery of items are approximate and we will not be liable for any costs caused by any delay. Non EU customers please note we will not be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – UK and EU customers

We are happy to offer you a free refund or an exchange if you feel that the goods are not suitable. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn and labels are still attached, and are returned in their original packaging.

If you have bought additional services such as express delivery or gift wrapping these costs will not be refunded, our standard shipping costs only will be refunded.

If there is a fault we will need to examine the product and determine whether there is a manufacturing fault, and will seek to repair, return or refund the product as required. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of long-term or excessive use are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Refunds for the original charge can only be made to the credit card we have on file for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free returns within the UK and Europe. If you wish to make a return, please contact us first within 30 days of receipt of the goods at returns@fervour.com.

We will send instructions on how to securely return your purchase to Fervour.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – Rest of The World Customers

We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. In the case of a refund we will reimburse the cost of the goods only once returned to Fervour.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn and labels are still attached, and are returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return, unless we have made an error or in the event that the goods are faulty.

If there is a fault we will need to examine the product and determine whether there is a manufacturing fault, and will seek to repair, return or refund the product as required. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

We recommend that you use registered post to cover the value of the goods and obtain proof of posting at your post office.

Refunds/charges will only be made to the credit card we have on file for you.
All import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer, and these cannot be refunded.
