AVAILABILITY

If the product you wish to order is no longer available, Fervour reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified by email and reimbursed for the full order cost.

Great care has been taken to make sure that the product images on our website are as accurate as possible. The colours shown on the website are as close as possible to the ‘real thing’, but there will naturally be some slight variation between the image on the screen and the actual product due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

By submitting your order you are agreeing to buy goods and allowing us use of your personal details for the purpose of delivering these goods to you. Please note that if the delivery address is different from the cardholder’s address, further checks will be required.

All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. Your card will not be debited until your items are ready for dispatch.

PRICES

Prices are quoted in UK Sterling with VAT included. For purchasers from outside the UK, the VAT will be deducted at checkout, and the purchaser will be liable for any taxes and import duties in addition to shipping.
